Dear ESMS Music students and families:
Our annual chocolate sale is starting today! In preparation for the chocolate sales, the Music Department has begun speaking to your child about the sales and expectations.
Important details:
1. Each student would be responsible for a minimum sale of 1 box of chocolate.
2. The sale will be held from 10/21-11/1
3. Money collected will be used to purchase items such as competition entrance fees, 8th-grade medals, and music certificates.
4. Students are not allowed to sell DURING SCHOOL HOURS.
5. Each box is valued at $60. Once students turn in the permission slip and collect their box, they are responsible for these funds.
6. Money must be turned in to Ms. Austin to receive an additional box.
7. There will be a 3rd, 2nd, and Grand prize for the most chocolates sold! Awards will be announced soon.
Your student will receive their first box of chocolate this week. If every student sells one box, we can reach our goal of $4,000. Please help us support them by spreading the word about our fundraising efforts.
If you need the permission slip, I can send a physical one with your student or you can go to my page on the ESMS website for the file and take a screenshot. Send it to me via email or on Remind.

Estimados estudiantes y familias de Música de ESMS:
¡Nuestra venta anual de chocolate comienza hoy! En preparación para las ventas de chocolate, el Departamento de Música ha comenzado a hablar con su hijo sobre las ventas y las expectativas.
Detalles importantes:
1. Cada estudiante sería responsable de una venta mínima de 1 caja de chocolate.
2. La venta se realizará del 21/10 al 1/11.
3. El dinero recaudado se utilizará para comprar artículos como entradas a la competencia, medallas de octavo grado y certificados de música.
4. No se permite a los estudiantes vender DURANTE EL HORARIO ESCOLAR.
5. Cada caja tiene un valor de $60. Una vez que los estudiantes entreguen la hoja de permiso y recojan su caja, serán responsables de estos fondos.
6. Se debe entregar el dinero a la Sra. Austin para recibir una caja adicional.
7. ¡Habrá un tercer, segundo y gran premio para el que más chocolates se vendan! Los premios se anunciarán pronto.
Su estudiante recibirá su primera caja de chocolate esta semana. Si cada estudiante vende una caja, podemos alcanzar nuestra meta de $4,000. Ayúdenos a apoyarlos haciendo correr la voz sobre nuestros esfuerzos de recaudación de fondos.
Si necesita la hoja de permiso, puedo enviarle una física a su estudiante o puede ir a mi página en el sitio web de ESMS para obtener el archivo y tomar una captura de pantalla. Envíamelo por correo electrónico o en Remind.
