Dear ESMS Music Students and Parent/Guardians,
It’s fundraising time! Our Music Department will be participating in a variety of fundraisers as festival season approaches. Our first fundraiser will be World’s Finest Chocolates. In preparation for the upcoming chocolate sales, here are some important notes:
- Each student will be responsible for a minimum sale of three boxes of chocolate.
- The sale will be held from February 16, 2024 to March 1, 2024.
- Each box is valued at $60.
- All money is to be turned in to Mrs. Austin as each box is sold. If students would like to pay for additional boxes when they receive their first box, that is OK!
- The money raised by this sale will cover registration fees, accessories, transportation to and from competitions, festivals, and field trips outside of the scope of our Cultural Arts Program monies (CAP).
- There will be prizes for the top 3 sellers, as well as a Grand Prize! (TBD)
This week, your student will be receiving their first box of chocolate. Help us support them by getting the word out about our fundraising efforts! ONLY STUDENTS WHO HAVE TURNED IN PARENT PERMISSION SLIPS WILL BE GIVEN BOXES TO SELL.
